Traditional Teaching Just isn't enough anymore...

As a teacher it is our role to pass on practical and relevant skills to our students to prepare them for future success. To ensure a collaborative classroom we must realise that everyone brings something of value to contribute, as teachers we need to be capitalising on our student’s contributions and strengths. Today reading and writing are no longer enough, to ensure our learning environment is successful for our students they must experience a range of progressive subjects and resources. As educators we need to be flexible, embrace change and be excited about it! (Hadden, 2016).
